Vincent Bryant, Deepki’s chief executive, framed the acquisition as giving institutional investors an always on platform to protect asset value across global portfolios. That phrase, always on, is worth pausing on. It reflects a broader shift in property technology away from static reports produced quarterly or annually, toward continuous monitoring that can respond as conditions change. Agentic AI, unlike a traditional dashboard, does not wait to be asked the right question. It is built to keep evaluating the data and surface the answer before someone thinks to look for it.
